All treatments take place in a calm, private space in Devizes, with introductory rates available while I complete my Level 5 qualification.

I started my PT sessions with Lindsey a couple of months ago to get my fitness back after a bad running accident which dislocated my shoulder and paralysed my left arm..
Not only did I need to get my fitness back but she has been helping me get my arm functioning gradually again.
She is the most inspiring, supportive trainer I have ever had without her I wouldn’t have an arm that was just hanging, to now lifting weights and slowly returning to some kind of normal. I am getting fitter and fitter, stronger and stronger. Her constant encouragement has helped me regain my confidence and look forward every other day to visiting her amazing home gym.

I love my PT sessions and this is down to Linz being so motivational and how good I feel afterwards. Linz has been my first Personal Trainer and we have been working together for around 3 months now. I am delighted with my progress so far and feel the strongest and fittest I have ever been in my adult years. Linz has listened to what I wanted to achieve from training and tailors the sessions to achieve this. The sessions are varied and she pushes me enough to make it hard work, but not enough to put me off coming back for more! Linz is amazing! She has helped me in so many ways not just one. I am losing weight and getting fitter mentally and physically. I train three times a week and she alters the hours to suit me. The session are tailored to what I enjoy doing rather than just running on a treadmill. The classes are 1 to 1 and I enjoy every moment of it.
