About Me

Hi, I’m Linz, a passionate movement specialist with over five years of experience helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more in control of their bodies.

Alongside my work as a Personal Trainer, I’m currently advancing my skills through a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy Diploma with the world renowned London School of Sports Massage at Regent's University. With 100+ hours of hands-on massage experience already under my belt and consistent, positive client feedback, I’m proud to offer targeted, effective treatments from my private space in Devizes.

My deep understanding of how the body moves, functions, and recovers allows me to tailor every session to your specific needs — whether you’re managing pain, training hard, or just want to feel better in your everyday life, I can create a treatment plan tailored to you.
