A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Hi, I am Linz, a Sports Massage Therapist based in Devizes and the founder of Lindsey Turnbull Sports Massage.
I am passionate about helping people move better, recover faster and feel more comfortable in their bodies. Whether you are dealing with pain, recovering from an injury or struggling with tight, overworked muscles, my aim is always the same, to help you move freely and feel your best.
I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, from runners, gym goers and manual workers to busy parents and people who simply want their body to feel normal again. No matter your starting point, you will always be welcomed with a friendly, supportive approach and treatment tailored to your needs.
I live in Devizes with my two daughters, my partner and our much-loved Labradoodle, Teddy.
My Training and Experience
I am fully qualified with a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy from the renowned London School of Sports Massage. Taught by Mel Cash, one of the UK’s leading Sports Massage Therapists and a recognised pioneer in the industry for more than 25 years, this is the highest clinical qualification in the UK for sports massage, soft tissue therapy and injury treatment.
This advanced training allows me to assess, treat and help rehabilitate a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, from everyday aches to more complex injuries. With more than 300 hours of hands-on clinical experience and consistently positive client feedback, I combine effective massage techniques with a strong understanding of how the body moves and heals.
My background also includes degree level study in sport and health, along with four years experience as a Personal Trainer, which gives me a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics and long term recovery. This experience means I understand how the body performs under load, how injuries develop and how to use movement and exercise alongside massage to support better, longer lasting results.

My Approach
Every treatment is friendly & personalised. I take time to listen, understand what’s going on, and then create a plan that supports both short-term relief and long-term progress.
Clients often come to me for help with:
-
Muscle tension
-
Back, neck and shoulder pain
-
Sports injuries
-
Reduced mobility
-
Post-exercise recovery
-
General “maintenance” to keep their body feeling good
You’ll always receive clear guidance, reassurance, and practical advice to support your recovery between treatments.
